WENONAH, N.J., Jan. 29 (UPI) — Police in New Jersey say they are still investigating a man charged with delivering a toy horse head to a state senator.
Robert Godman, 61, of Wenonah, N.J., was arrested at the home he shares with his parents Thursday and charged with harassment after a man hand-delivered a package to state Sen. Stephen Sweeney that was found to contain the head of a plush horse, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Friday. The incident appeared a likely allusion to the classic cinematic scene in “The Godfather,” in which a horse’s head was used as a death threat by the Mafia. (Read more.)
