B.S. Report–This isn’t a case of one government bureaucrat going “rogue.” This is typical behavior for those with “unchecked” power. His opinion and attitude is probably shared by 90% of his fellow bureaucrats. The EPA is a dangerous organization because we, as citizens, have no power to effect their decision-making because they are unelected and thus beyond our reach.
Like Obama’s “Czars,” they have enormous power and can rule by administrative fiat. And this was definitely not the intention of the Founders who envisioned a government that was subservient and beholden to the people–not master of them. This enables the President and his politicians to pass an unpopular agenda through the back door–without having to appeal to the citizenry.
