Manny Pacquiao looked rejuvenated after a controversial split decision loss to Juan Manuel Marquez in November, but in what will surely go down as one of the most controversial decisions in boxing history — one of the worst, really — Timothy Bradley Jr. was awarded a split-decision win to claim a welterweight title on Saturday night before 14,206 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

B.S. Report–Boxing is known for its bad decisions, but this, even for boxing, is truly one for the books. Pacquiao had little trouble with his opponent–a very game, undefeated, and yet totally outclassed Timothy Bradley. In my opinion it was difficult to find more than 3 rounds out of the 12 that could have realistically been scored for Bradley.
Not only did Pacquiao’s punching power stun Bradley on a number of occasions, he landed more punches overall. Bradley rarely landed clean shots on Pacquiao and even when he did he lacked the power to threaten Pacquiao in any substantial way. This decision was a travesty and is the reason why boxing fans have gravitated to MMA where the fights are decided by the fighters–and not by the judges.
These fellas could do a better job of scoring a fight!…
I know Pacquiao win the fight no question asked.He got screwed badly no question.He is my favorite boxer of all-time.It aint boxing which he is awesome at but what he does for his country makes him special.I wished he get his belt back because he didnt lose.But they need to let the judges never score a fight again.Pacquiao you still the greatest in my book.
