Week 1 NFL Preview: Steelers At Patriots (-7)

It seems all but assured that Tom Brady and the New England Patriots will pile up points against the Pittsburgh Steelers defense tonight.

The Pats had the NFL’s No. 4 scoring offense in 2014 at 29.3 points per game. They will have both Brady and Rob Gronkowski healthy and in the lineup, something that was not assured as recently as two weeks ago. Over the five years Gronk has been in the league, New England has scored 216 more points than any other team. In the 65 regular season games where Gronkowski’s been healthy, Brady has completed 65.1 percent of his passes and averaged 7.93 yards per attempt while leading the Pats to a 31.3 points per game average.   (Read more.)
